Accuracy of information
Whilst Financial Aid Ltd makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is up to date and accurate, the statements made by Only Financial Aid Ltd are not intended to be legally binding and the accuracy or completeness of all information should be checked with Financial Aid Ltd before reliance is made.
Please be aware that all material on this website is subject to change without notice. The information contained on this website is meant to be reviewed in its entirety, including any footnotes, legal disclaimers, restrictions or disclosures, and any copyright or proprietary notices. Financial Aid Ltd takes every care to ensure the accuracy of the loan quotes which are based on the latest information available from the lenders at that time. However, the lenders on the panel reserve the right to change % APR or % APRC rates and underwriting criteria at any time and without notice. This may result in a change to the loan offered to you or may result in the loan offer being withdrawn.
The accuracy of the loan quotes depends upon the accuracy of the information you have provided. Financial Aid Ltd and the lenders on the panel will conduct checks to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided. If information you have provided changes as a result of these checks, the original offer may be changed or withdrawn.
The expected time periods from submitting your application to receiving your loan funds are only a guide. Any delay in the returning of your loan documents, proof of income or identification and/or delays with any third party we or the lender need to contact in order to process your application, may result in your application taking longer to complete.
If you’re thinking of consolidating existing borrowing you should be aware that although you may reduce your monthly outgoings you may be extending the terms of the debt and increasing the total amount you repay. It’s important that you can afford the repayments now and continue to do so throughout the term of the loan as failure to keep up with your repayments could lead to defaults, CCJs, possible repossession of any property that the loan may be secured against or even ultimately bankruptcy and could affect your ability to obtain future credit.
You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.
